Du 1er au 05 Avril 2025, un atelier de validation du référentiel et d’élaboration de programme en adéquation avec les filières porteuses dans les diversités Mécaniques, Automobiles, Motocyclettes, Restauration et l’Agroalimentaire s’est déroulé au sein de
L’Agence Centrafricaine pour la Formation Professionnelle et de l’Emploi, ACFPE) à Bangui.
Le Projet Maïngo a financé et parrainé cette initiative de formation professionnelle.
Les participants venus de différents horizons ont été outillés sur :
* les concepts et les approches pédagogiques ;
* la relecture des référentiels existants dans chaque filière ;
* L’élaboration des travaux programmes de formation dans chaque métier retenu.
La validation des référentiels à l’issue des travaux en Commission a suivi ce moment intense de formation. Il faut avouer que cette rencontre constitue une étape déterminante pour l’avenir des jeunes apprenantes et apprenants qui sont désormais équipés pour leur autonomisation dans leurs sociétés respectives.
Le Ministère de l’Économie du Plan et de la Coopération Internationale que dirige le Pr Richard FILAKOTA se félicite pour les progrès du Projet Maïngo en vue de l’autonomisation des jeunes filles et garçons. Il exige des résultats probants et des actions concrètes pour la cause juste de cette frange de la jeunesse dépourvue et en perte de référence. Cette initiative permet d’assurer aux jeunes femmes et garçons une formation qualifiante, gage de toute autonomie et d’un développement humain. L’attention au capital humain demeure l’une des priorités de la politique générale du Président de la République, Chef de l’État, Pr Faustin Archange TOUADERA. Le Ministre de l’Économie, s’engage à encourager toutes les mesures nécessaires pour la réussite de ce grand projet pour le bien d’un plus grand nombre.
MEPCI-RCA est une institution gouvernementale essentielle chargée de la gestion des affaires économiques, de la planification du développement, et de la coordination des relations internationales en matière de coopération et d’aide au développement.
