Le Forum des Investisseurs, organisé à Casablanca (MAROC), dans le cadre de la Table Ronde pour le financement du Plan National de Développement (PND) 2024-2028 du Centrafrique, a été marqué ce 15 septembre 2025, par un discours engagé du Ministre centrafricain de l’Économie, du Plan et de la Coopération Internationale, Pr Richard FILAKOTA. Il a annoncé sous l’acclamation de l’audience, des intentions de financement d’environ 7 milliards de dollars enregistrées dès la première journée de la Table Ronde, et a évoqué l’espoir de dépasser la barre des 10 milliards dans les jours à venir.
Le Pr Richard FILAKOTA a souligné que la République Centrafricaine est une terre d’opportunités, riche de ses ressources naturelles et d’une jeunesse dynamique. Le pays se positionne désormais comme un pôle d’investissement compétitif en Afrique centrale, avec des réformes visant à moderniser le climat des affaires. Le programme Business Ready tenu par la Banque mondiale et la Société Financière Internationale, simplifie les procédures administratives et garantit une sécurité juridique accrue pour les investisseurs.
Dans sa stratégie de développement, le Gouvernement centrafricain met l’accent sur la transformation structurelle de l’économie, avec la création de zones économiques spéciales pour attirer les industries clés telles que l’agriculture, l’énergie et les mines. Le pays prévoit également un fonds national de garantie pour soutenir les petites et moyennes entreprises, facilitant leur accès au financement et renforçant l’économie locale.
