A BAGANDOU le 06 Décembre 2025, la commune de MOBOMA dans la Préfecture de la Lobaye a célébré en différé la fête de la proclamation de la République Centrafricaine marquant son 67e anniversaire en présence du Ministre de l’Economie, du Plan et de la Coopération internationale et des autorités locales, à savoir Madame la Préfète et la Sous-préfète.
Pour la circonstance, un défilé militaire et civil, haut en couleur, a été organisé au centre-ville de la commune. Prennent part aussi à ce défilé une forte délégation du Ministère de l’économie, l’honorable député réside de la Commune, Jocelyn Magloire MAKANGO et bien d’autres autorités locales venues pour la circonstance.

Il est plus que jamais nécessaire que les Centrafricains comme un seul homme se lèvent pour manifester leur attachement à leur pays derrière le Président de la République, Chef de l’Etat, le Pr Faustin Archange TOUADERA.
En tant que Ministre de l’Economie, le Pr Richard FILAKOTA a aussi insisté sur la place de l’agriculture qui peut donner espoir à toute la communauté en améliorant leurs conditions de vie. De même, Bagandou et Mobouma sont très connus pour leurs productions minières et de ce fait attirent de nombreux exploitants miniers.
La richesse naturelle de cette Commune est telle que cela attire de nombreuses convoitises au détriment du développement local. Le Ministre de l’Economie invite les populations de Bagandou à faire valoir leur potentiel économique dans le cadre du Plan National de Développement.
S’adressant aux élèves et aux enfants, le Ministre a encouragé ces pépinières à travailler avec persévérance et discipline car leurs efforts fournis seront une graine semée pour leur avenir.
Pour le député de la commune Jocelyn Magloire MAKANGO, membre du parti Mouvement Cœurs Unis, il a infiniment remercié le Ministre pour sa disponibilité et a saisi l’occasion pour lancer un appel aux centrafricains à aller voter massivement en faveur du candidat de MCU.
Cette festivité de la proclamation de la République Centrafricaine vécue en différé dans la lobaye principalement à Bagandou est une parfaite réussite ponctuée par des moments de liesse et de réjouissance gages de l’unité nationale et d’aspiration au développement.
MEPCI-RCA est une institution gouvernementale essentielle chargée de la gestion des affaires économiques, de la planification du développement, et de la coordination des relations internationales en matière de coopération et d’aide au développement.
