Bangui le, 16 Décembre 2025 – À l’heure où la République Centrafricaine vit une période électorale marquée par le débat démocratique et la mobilisation citoyenne, la question du développement occupe une place centrale dans le discours politique. Le Plan National de Développement 2024-2028 s’impose désormais comme la référence majeure autour de laquelle s’articulent les ambitions, les attentes et les engagements.
Le leadership du Président de la République, Pr Faustin Archange TOUADERA se distingue par sa capacité à inscrire les échéances électorales dans une logique de continuité institutionnelle et de stabilité. Loin de constituer une source de rupture, le processus électoral se présente comme un moment de consolidation des acquis et de renforcement de la légitimité démocratique nécessaire à la mise en œuvre du PND-RCA.
Dans ce contexte, le PND-RCA joue un rôle fédérateur. Il offre un cadre lisible et structuré qui permet aux citoyens d’évaluer les politiques publiques non pas sur des promesses abstraites, mais sur des projets concrets, mesurables et alignés sur une vision de long terme. Routes, barrages hydroélectriques, électrification rurale, développement agricole et inclusion numérique deviennent ainsi des marqueurs tangibles du débat politique.
Le Chef de l’État a su démontrer que la stabilité politique est une condition essentielle de l’attractivité économique. Les avancées enregistrées depuis la table ronde de Casablanca montrent que les investisseurs et partenaires techniques sont attentifs à la cohérence entre gouvernance politique, climat électoral apaisé et priorités de développement.
Ainsi, les échanges électoraux en cours ne sauraient être dissociés du PND-RCA. Ils constituent au contraire une opportunité de renforcer l’appropriation nationale du plan, de mobiliser les énergies autour de sa mise en œuvre et de réaffirmer le choix stratégique d’un développement fondé sur la paix, la réforme et la responsabilité politique.
MEPCI-RCA est une institution gouvernementale essentielle chargée de la gestion des affaires économiques, de la planification du développement, et de la coordination des relations internationales en matière de coopération et d’aide au développement.
