Bangui le, 16 Décembre 2025 – La République Centrafricaine est engagée dans une phase décisive de son histoire politique et économique. Avec l’adoption et la mise en œuvre progressive du Plan National de Développement 2024-2028 (PND-RCA), le pays s’est doté d’une boussole stratégique claire pour transformer durablement les conditions de vie de sa population. Cette dynamique est portée par un leadership politique affirmé, incarné par le Président de la République, Pr Faustin Archange TOUADERA, dont la vision repose sur la stabilité, la souveraineté économique et la valorisation des potentialités nationales.
Sous l’impulsion du Chef de l’État, le PND-RCA ne se limite pas à un simple cadre programmatique. Il constitue un véritable projet de société visant à convertir les ressources naturelles abondantes du pays en richesses productives, créatrices d’emplois et de valeur ajoutée locale. Cette orientation traduit une rupture avec les logiques d’assistanat et de dépendance, au profit d’un développement endogène, inclusif et résilient.
La table ronde des investisseurs de Casablanca, tenue en septembre dernier, illustre parfaitement cette nouvelle posture de l’État centrafricain. En présentant une vision cohérente et structurée du développement national, le Président TOUADERA et son Gouvernement ont su restaurer la crédibilité du pays auprès des partenaires internationaux. Les engagements financiers obtenus témoignent de la confiance renouvelée dans le leadership politique et dans la capacité de la RCA à conduire des réformes ambitieuses.
À travers le PND-RCA, le Chef de l’État affirme également une volonté politique forte de rapprocher les projets de développement des communautés, afin que les fruits de la croissance profitent effectivement aux populations. Infrastructures, énergie, agriculture, capital humain et gouvernance constituent autant de leviers actionnés pour bâtir un État plus efficace et une économie plus performante.
En définitive, le PND-RCA apparaît comme l’expression concrète du leadership du Président Faustin Archange TOUADERA : un leadership orienté vers la transformation structurelle, la stabilité politique et l’amélioration tangible des conditions de vie des Centrafricains.
MEPCI-RCA est une institution gouvernementale essentielle chargée de la gestion des affaires économiques, de la planification du développement, et de la coordination des relations internationales en matière de coopération et d’aide au développement.
