Bangui le, 16 Décembre 2025 – La concrétisation du Plan National de Développement 2024-2028 repose en grande partie sur la capacité de l’État centrafricain à mobiliser des financements, à coordonner les partenaires et à orienter les investissements vers les secteurs prioritaires. À cet égard, le rôle du Ministre de l’Économie, du Plan et de la Coopération internationale, Pr Richard FILAKOTA, s’avère déterminant.
Architecte de la stratégie économique du Gouvernement, le Pr Richard FILAKOTA incarne la dimension technique et opérationnelle du leadership politique voulu par le Président de la République, Chef de l’État, Pr Faustin Archange TOUADERA. Son action s’inscrit dans une vision claire : faire de la coopération internationale un levier de transformation structurelle et non une simple source de financement ponctuel.
La table ronde de Casablanca a constitué un moment fort de cette diplomatie économique proactive. En présentant des projets bancables, alignés sur les priorités du PND-RCA, le Ministre Pr Richard FILAKOTA a su instaurer un dialogue de confiance avec les bailleurs, les institutions financières internationales et le secteur privé. Les engagements financiers obtenus traduisent la crédibilité de cette approche fondée sur la planification, la transparence et l’orientation vers les résultats.
Au-delà des annonces, le suivi rigoureux des projets engagés démontre la volonté du Ministère de passer des promesses à l’action. Hydroélectricité, infrastructures routières, agriculture, autonomisation des femmes et transformation numérique bénéficient désormais d’un pilotage stratégique visant à maximiser l’impact socio-économique.
Par son leadership technocratique et sa maîtrise des enjeux économiques globaux, le Pr Richard FILAKOTA joue un rôle central dans la mise en œuvre du programme politique du Gouvernement. Il contribue ainsi à ancrer le PND-RCA dans une dynamique crédible de développement, au service de la vision présidentielle et, surtout, de l’amélioration durable des conditions de vie de la population centrafricaine.
MEPCI-RCA est une institution gouvernementale essentielle chargée de la gestion des affaires économiques, de la planification du développement, et de la coordination des relations internationales en matière de coopération et d’aide au développement.
