Depuis son accession à la Magistrature Suprême de l’Etat, Son Excellence le Président de la République, Chef de l’État, Pr Faustin Archange TOUADERA, incarne une vision politique claire : faire de la République Centrafricaine une Nation forte, prospère, socialement inclusive et résolument tournée vers l’avenir. Cette ambition, fondée sur la continuité de l’action publique et la consolidation des acquis, s’inscrit désormais dans un cadre stratégique structurant : le Plan National de Développement (PND), véritable levier de transformation et d’émergence nationale.
Animé par un sens élevé de responsabilité et de patriotisme, le Président de la République fait du PND plus qu’un simple outil technique : il en fait le cœur battant de sa gouvernance, la boussole qui oriente l’action publique, mobilise les énergies nationales et fédère les aspirations du peuple.

Il constitue ainsi la traduction concrète de notre ambition collective, un pacte national de développement qui engage l’État, renforce la confiance et structure l’espoir.
Comme le rappelle avec pertinence le Ministre Pr Richard FILAKOTA, « Un bon plan n’est rien sans un pilotage rigoureux ».
À cet égard, le PND offre une architecture solide permettant :
✓ d’harmoniser les actions sectorielles et territoriales ;
✓ de rationaliser et optimiser les dépenses publiques ;
✓ de guider efficacement les investissements structurants ;
✓ d’assurer la cohérence entre les politiques ministérielles ;
✓ et de mesurer en permanence l’impact réel des interventions publiques.
Grâce à des mécanismes renforcés de suivi-évaluation, la gouvernance nationale gagne en efficacité, en anticipation et en capacité d’ajustement rapide. Cela traduit la volonté ferme du Président Faustin Archange TOUADERA d’instaurer une gouvernance moderne, orientée vers les résultats, transparente et redevable, au service exclusif du peuple centrafricain.
Le PND s’impose donc comme un outil stratégique par excellence pour impulser le développement durable, consolider la paix, stimuler la croissance inclusive et améliorer durablement les conditions de vie des populations.
Il illustre la détermination du Président de la République à conduire la Nation vers une nouvelle ère, où la planification stratégique, la discipline d’action et la responsabilité collective deviennent les fondements d’un avenir meilleur.
